This project consist of a 27 site portfolio in the Demolition / Relocation Group within the Operations Division of T-Mobile, San Francisco MTA. Sites within the portfolio are ones where the landlord has requested that the site be moved to accommodate redevelopment of the property, out right termination of T-Mobile site lease, RF Engineering requested site relocations, Operations Division requested moves for better business terms, and temporary wireless sites for special events. Sites within this portfolio tend to be complex deployments often requiring the placement of temporary facilities to accommodate demolition and construction while simultaneously negotiating for placement of the site on the re-constructed improvements or sites where a 90 day notice to vacate has been received in a jurisdiction that requires 12 months to permit a site.
